Our black truffle-flavored olive oil is made by infusing real pieces of black truffle "Tuber Melanosporum" enhanced by a truffle aroma into our extra virgin olive oil. The combination of these two raw ingredients creates a subtly flavored olive oil. Its fine, delicate flavor remains faithful to the taste of fresh black truffle. How to use: This oil goes well with asparagus risotto, southwestern salad, fresh tagliatelle or pappardelle, mashed potatoes, or scrambled eggs. It is also great in sauces for white meats, parsnip, or split pea soup. It will make great finishing touches on oven-baked chicken, too!
