Project Via is LIVE!!! We are super excited to finally share all the details of this Ventura hillside home.

Not only will you get a peek inside the home, but you can also shop EVERY room.

This stunner is located on the hills on the east side of Ventura in the Ondulando neighborhood and was built from the ground up with our design team and construction team from Barrett Living.

For the exterior of the home we wanted light to pour in, hence the window panels on either side of the black iron front door. We also stuck with some of our go-to paint colors from Sherwin Williams for the exterior.

This living room is EVERYTHING, neutral colors at their best. The fireplace stone carries the stone from the entry to the interior of the home, adding to that indoor-outdoor California feel. The art that hangs above the mantle was sourced from France for this project, while the rest of the art in the home is a similar in style to North Prints Collective on Etsy.

Up next is the wet bar right off the living room. The majority of the house is hues of taupes and whites - so we stayed tonal with a touch of something dusty blue! We often use vintage portraits to add to our shelving units, and this elegant gentleman suits the bar perfectly.

For the dining room, we stayed with our classic black steel chair with performance white linen. The black iron chairs complement the black fixtures used throughout since the home is open concept living. The paint on the dining room accent wall is the same Shiitake from Sherwin Williams, as the exterior, where as the rest of the interior walls are Swiss Coffee by Sherwin Williams at 50%.

Kitchen time! Everyone's favorite room :) The kitchen is equipped with two-toned cabinetry, brick tile, vintage window panels, and a custom brass and black range hood - and we are loving it! The kitchen lighting fixtures play off the gorgeous hood and create the most luxurious environment. We also stuck with an earthy tile from Bedrosians for the backsplash.

The last glimpse is of #ProjectVia is of the Jr. Bathroom! This bathroom is equipped with tile from Bedrosians and Floor & Decor, and the paint is Unusual Grey by Sherwin Williams.
